Return Policy


At cellhelmet, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return:

Clearance Items: Any items marked as clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@cellhelmet.com. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
