Does cellhelmet.com guarantee its products?

We stand behind everything we sell. If you have any issues with your product within 30 days of purchase (with the exception of any item that has an explicit Repair Warranty included), contact our Customer Service Department and we'll help you fix the problem.

Is the information I submit absolutely secure?

Absolutely! Your orders are processed through a secure server. All the information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Credit card transactions are processed securely by SSL Security. We do not store credit card numbers, so this information is not retrievable.

Why does the cellhelmet Registration app request permission to access my calls, contacts, etc?

This is so the app can automatically collect your device's complex information to complete your registration. The app automatically collects information like UDID/IMEI numbers (similar to a serial number), device storage, carrier, etc so we can verify the device for repair. All information is stored on a secure server. We respect your privacy and assure your security, at no point does cellhelmet or any other third parties have access to your sensitive or personal information.

How do I return an item?

Products purchased directly from cellhelmet.com may only be returned or replaced with an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued within 30-days of purchase. RMAs may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Department. Returned merchandise will only be processed and accepted in the original, undamaged condition and must include all components of the original item. cellhelmet is not responsible for any product purchased from a third party vendor and will not be replaced or refunded by cellhelmet. The cellhelmet Customer Service team may be reached by email at customer.service@cellhelmet.com. cellhelmet is not responsible for any return shipping costs.  

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?

Always and forever, yes. You can track your package directly through your account on cellhelmet.com.

How long will my product(s) take to arrive?

Well, that depends on which shipping option you selected.

    USPS First Class - 4-6 business days
    USPS Priority - 2-3 business days
    USPS First Class International - 5-20 business days

We charge a flat rate of $21.99 for all international orders, shipped via USPS First Class International.

CUSTOM CREATIONS FAQ'S

I see a red ! warning sign next to my image, what does that mean?

In order to print a high-quality image onto your case or power bank, we recommend that you use high-quality images. The warning is to let you know that the photo is below the recommended resolution, therefore the final print quality may be reduced.

Can I create a design that is not my own picture?

We highly recommend using your own photos/artwork to create your custom creation. cellhelmet reserves all rights and will not print artwork that infringes intellectual property rights or proprietary rights (For example, if you upload an image of the Pittsburgh Steelers logo, we will assume that you do not own the Pittsburgh Steelers...unless you are, in fact, a member of the Rooney family). Any customized items are your unique creative expressions. 

What if I make a mistake and want another case printed?

If you make a mistake, or you change your mind and wish to receive a refund, you must return the items and a 50% returning fee will apply.

Can I have a blank/plain background of the design?

If you wish to have a blank/plain background for your case or power bank design, please use the PNG file when customizing your case or power bank.

NOTICE: If using a JPEG image that does not fill the entire print area, that portion of the case will remain blank.

What is the image size/resolution for the photos to upload?

The ideal photo for a custom phone case or power bank should be high resolution (300dpi), at least 600px x 1200px in size, and has a file size under 5 MB. If the image appears to be clear, it means that the resolution is good.

Lost of Damaged Orders

If you use insured shipping from cellhelmet, your package will be protected in case it is lost or damaged during transit. For a small fee, cellhelmet will replace the package if it is lost or damaged. This can give you peace of mind when shipping valuable or fragile items. Visit here to file your claim
